Happy New Year! We've survived another Festive Season and most of us are in the throws of big plans and resolutions for 2012. For the Escoffier Society, it's the March 4-6 Culinary Salon demanding most of our attention. Please take a moment to view the Salon page under Events and consider entering a competition!
Your support as renewing Members means a lot to us as well as to the CCFCC. Please remember to remit your member dues by February 1st. For convenience, members can make payments on-line within the members login area of our site.
Our next meeting is at the Culinary Salon in March, please see the Calendar for more information. While we plan the meeting schedule for 2012 leading up to the June AGM and Elections, it would be of great help if members could glimpse into their schedules for 2012 to consider becoming a host. If you think you may be able to help, please contact anyone of the Board members. A meeting schedule will be posted as we are able to secure host venues.
