Toronto Escoffier Society ( CCFCC Toronto Branch ) proudly presents the Culinary Salon Toronto evry year. The Salon is conducted under the guidance and sanctioned by the CCFCC. The show which attracts over 100,000 patrons from all walks of life, to view our chef's and student's creations.

The Judging Panel includes top Canadian Chefs and each Judge is specialized in differant culinary, artistic & pastry sections, which gives a perfect balance in judging & scoring.

The most educational part of the Toronto Salon is that the Judges will personally speak to the competitors regarding their entries, after the judging is concluded. This one on one discussions gives a great opportunity to improve on future competitions, which in large improves the Culinary standards of the region.

All the Jury members are Gold Medal winners at Culinary Olympics or are veteran master chefs who have served as pioneer Canadian Chefs
